Green cardamom - 10-12 pods
Fennel - 1 tsp
Cloves - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
Ajwain - 1/4 tsp
Bay leaf -2-3
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander seeds -1/4 tsp
Dry roast whole spices, cool, grind and blend with other powdered ingredients. Store the spice mix in a airtight container.
