Ingredients: Spaghetti noodles - 1 pack Bell peppers - red, green, yellow, sliced - 2 cups Onions - sliced - 1 cup Carrots - julienne - 1 cup Garlic  - 4-5 cloves, chopped Ginger - 1-2 inch, sliced  Green chili sauce - 1 tbsp Red sriracha sauce -1.5 tbsp Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Ketchup - 2.5 tbsp  Vinegar - 1 for nap  Vegetable oil Spring onions - finely chopped for garnishing Method: Boil noodles and keep it aside  Heat oil and sauté julienned veggies, garlic and ginger  Mix all the sauces, ketchup and vinegar in a bowl and add it to the veggie mix  Add the boiled noodles and stir to mix  Adjust the taste by adding salt and sauces  Garnish with shopped spring onions  Serve ! 

OPOS Hukka Noodle

Ingredients  Chings hukka noodle packet - 1 packet. Break the noodles and soak in water  2 -3 cups of mixed chopped vegetables - carrot, cabbage, red and green bell peppers, spring onions. Marinate mix - Chings green chilie sauce, Chings dark soy sauce, Ketchup, white viegar. Ratio of sauces depends on ones taste Onions - 1 medium. chopped Oil - 2-3 tbsp Salt - optional Water - 1/4 cup optional Method  Mix all the chopped vegetables except onion with the marinate and leave it aside. Heat oil in 3 liter pressure cooker Add onions and mix Layer the chopped veggie - marinate mix Next layer the drained noodles  Optional- add 1/4 cup water  Cook on high heat for 2 whistles.  Wait for 3-4 minutes before releasing pressure  Mix the contents. Vegetable Hakka Noodles (Chowmein)

I have to share this with my readers, my little 2 year old is a big time picky eater. He wouldn't try anything new and have to really trick him to eat something special. I had my OMG moment when I saw him running after his father to try these Hakka noodles !!!  he actually ate not one, not two or three but many spoons.To my surprise he didn't find the noodles hot ..well, whatever, I am happy he tried something new, thats a good sign :)) Ingredients: Chings Hakka Noodles - 1 packet Organic extra firm tofu - 2 cups [cubed] Chings Chili sauce - 2-3 tbsp Chings dark soy sauce - 3-4 tbsp White vinegar - 2-3 tbsp Spring onions - 1 bunch Cabbage - 2.5 cups [shredded] Bell pepper - 1 medium [sliced] Carrot - 2-3 medium [sliced] Broccoli - 1 cup [chopped] Garlic - 2 pods [minced] Salt to taste Black pepper Cooking oil - 2 tbsp Method: Marinate tofu in 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chili sauce and some salt for 1 hour Saute' or broil tofu in very little oil Boil no...
