Amla Ki Chutney (Indian Gooseberry Chutney)

 


Ingredients
Amla (Indian Gooseberry) - 2 medium size
Green chili - 2 medium
Garlic, fresh - 2 cloves 
Cilantro, fresh - 1 bunch (50g)
Lime juice - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoon 
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Salt to taste
Sugar (optional) - 1/4 tsp 
Water as needed

Method
  1. I have used frozen amla in this recipe. Defrost, remove the seed and chop 
  2. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend.
  3. Adjust salt to taste.
  4. Store in refrigerator and serve chilled.
  5. Chutney goes well as with snacks, or as a side with regular Indian thali (Indian platter).
