Avocado Banana Chocolate Muffin (no added Fat)



Wet Ingredients 
Avocado - 1 ripe
Banana - 2 ripe
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp
Whole Milk - 1/4 cup

Dry Ingredients 
All purpose Flour 1-3/4 cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Baking Soda - 1.5 tbsp
Instant Coffee - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp

Optional 
Walnut and chocolate chip

Method
Blend wet and dry ingredients separately. Fold in dry mix with the wet blend. Add optional ingredient sand bake at 350F for 25-50 minutes.

Note The recipe does not include additional fat or oil. I am using avocado to replace the fat.
The muffins are slightly on drier side, yet yummy !

Feel free to add optional 1/4 cup of fat of your choice.
