Sesame seeds - 1tsp
Sodium bicarbonate - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup

Oil - 3 tbsp
Method
- Pre-heat oven at 200 degree Fahrenheit
- Mix semolina, curd, salt, turmeric, chillies, onions, carrots, beans, peas, ginger and water
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, cumin seeds and let them crackle. Now add sesame seeds and stir this mixture into the above batter
- Adjust the consistency of batter with extra water [the batter is not too thin]
- Add sodium bicarbonate and pour the batter in greased pan
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. It's ready when a tooth pick comes out clean
- Cool and remove from the pan and serve it with chutney/ketchup and tea !!
- I increased the heat to 250 towards the end, so it depends from oven to oven
- Bake in the oven till you get the golden color, you have to keep patience!
