Egg - 1 large
Salt and pepper
Shredded cheese - optional
Cooking oil
Ingredients:
*Tortilla wraps - 1
Egg - 1 large
Salt and pepper
Shredded cheese - optional
Cooking oil
Method:
- Beat the egg with all salt, pepper and shredded cheese
- Heat oil in a griddle, put tortilla wrap and slightly cook on both sides
- Remove wrap from the griddle and keep it aside
- Now add some more oil to the pan and pour the egg batter and let it spread
- Once the egg is half cooked and slightly liquid, put the wrap on top
- Flip the wrap ( fused with egg ) over and cook for few seconds
- Roll up the with egg side inside
- *Use plain Indian paratha instead of wrap
- Spread some filling like onions, tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup on the egg side, roll it and serve
