Yogurt - 1 cup
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - to taste
Salt - to taste
Red chili powder - optional

Method:
Grate and steam beetroot and keep it aside. Whip yogurt, add some water to get desired consistency. Add all the spices, grated beetroot and chopped mint leaves. Mix, cool and serve
