One-Bowl Chocolate Banana Bread (with whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour & flax seeds)

A simple switch—adding whole wheat flour + flax seeds—can boost fiber without sacrificing taste. Because healthy eating isn’t about perfection… it’s about smarter everyday choices. No mixer. No fuss. Just one bowl. Ingredients 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2–3 bananas) 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour ( atta) 2–3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tbsp flax seeds (preferably ground) 1/2 cup sugar   1/3 cup oil (or melted butter) 2 eggs 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract   Optional: chocolate chips or nuts One-Bowl Method (Super Easy) Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
