Bandh Gobhi Raita (Cabbage Dip)

Ingredients:
Cabbage, chopped - 1 cup
Yogurt - 1.5 cups
Green chillies - diced and according to your taste
Vegetable oil - 1tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Seasoning:
Salt
Roasted cumin powder
Cilantro leaves for garnishing

Method:
  1. Steam chopped cabbage and keep it aside
  2. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and wait to crackle. Now add green chillies followed by steamed cabbage and cook till glossed with oil. Let it cool at room temperature.
  3. Beat yogurt to mix lumps. Add all the seasoning and adjust consistency by adding water
  4. Now mix cooked cabbage, garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and chill in refrigerator
  5. Serve chilled !
