Yogurt - 1.5 cups
Green chillies - diced and according to your taste
Vegetable oil - 1tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder
Cilantro leaves for garnishing
- Steam chopped cabbage and keep it aside
- Heat oil, add mustard seeds and wait to crackle. Now add green chillies followed by steamed cabbage and cook till glossed with oil. Let it cool at room temperature.
- Beat yogurt to mix lumps. Add all the seasoning and adjust consistency by adding water
- Now mix cooked cabbage, garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and chill in refrigerator
- Serve chilled !
